ABOUT THIS EVENT
This showcase is available for all high school football athletes on Saturday February 15th and Sunday February 16th 2025 at “The Fields” at the Richmond Olympic Oval in Richmond British Columbia. This prestigious two day showcase will allow you to test and display your talents in front of American and Canadian Colleges.
What separates us from other camps is in our unique delivery which allows the college coaches to coordinate and administer the testing and drills! Day 1 will be strictly a testing day where the athlete will test in the 40 short shuttle and L-Drill. Broad jump and vertical will also be measured. The day 1 testing schedule will be broken down by position and staggered throughout the day. Day 2 will feature positional drills and non-contact 1 on 1’s also broken down by position.
On day 2 there will be an opportunity for athletes and parents to meet with some of the college coaches to learn more about the recruiting and evaluation process and to answer any questions you may have. Parents are encouraged to attend however they will not be allowed field access.
The cost of the 2-day showcase is $395 CDN and pre-registration is required.
The event will happen rain or shine so please come prepared. NO Helmet Pads or Metal cleats are allowed.

Refund Policy
Upon registering, 50% of the camp tuition is non-refundable. At no point will more than 50% of the camp tuition be refunded. The remaining portion of camp cost may be refundable if requested 21 days prior to the camp start date. No refunds will be given after this date for any reason. After the refund deadline, a full camp credit will be held for the registered player if the player is unable to attend. All refund requests must be emailed to [email protected]. For security purposes, cash refunds will not be issued for credit/debit card or other electronic transactions. The coaches in attendance at the camp do not have any discretion as it pertains to refunds. Please do not attempt to contact any of the coaches in attendance regarding refunds or insurance claims. Coaches may cancel for emergencies or uncontrollable circumstances. A coach’s general lack of attendance is not grounds for any type of refund.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
On occasion inclement weather, or other uncontrollable events, may occur on the camp date, during the camp, immediately after the camp or prior to the camp. Every effort will be made to hold the camp regardless of inclement weather. Should the camp be impossible to hold, a full camp credit will be extended to future College Coaches Showcase events, either later that academic year, or in future years. Inclement weather is not grounds for a refund unless it is deemed unsafe by the National Weather Service. Should inclement weather or any other event outside of the control of the directors and / or host, change the schedule, or location of the camp, prior to the day’s session start time an update will be sent through email, text message (if possible) and updated on the camp website. Please check the camp website prior to traveling to the camp location, even if the weather forecast looks favorable.
